———————–
Since FY2025, KOOU has been implementing a collaborative project to conduct seminars by inviting lecturers from universities of KOOU to the Brown Bag Seminar, which has been conducted by the Kyushu University Institute for Asian and Oceanian Studies (Q-AOS).

The seminar provides a network and high cohesion of exchange and fusion of researchers and students beyond the boundaries of universities at KOOU, and invites a lecturer from a university other than Kyushu University for once a month, for the purpose of broadening knowledge of researchers and research activities at each university to the public as well as to the entire Kyushu-Okinawa region.

Brown Bag Seminar is an online seminar held every Wednesday lunchtime (12:10-12:50), in which lecturers present their latest research activities mainly related to the Asia-Oceania region and SDGs, and attendees participate in a Q&A session.
